The Client has the right to withdraw from the payment for the product within seven 7 days from the date the product was scheduled for delivery if the product was not delivered or if the product was delivered in an inappropriate condition.
This "Right to Withdraw" is distinct from any other return policy that AFI may have in place. It specifically grants the Client the right to cancel the payment under the conditions stated above, regardless of AFI's general return procedures.
To exercise this Right to Withdraw, the Client must notify AFI in writing of their decision within the aforementioned seven 7 day period. This notification should clearly state the Client's intention to withdraw from the payment and the reason for the withdrawal (non-delivery or inappropriate condition).
Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notification, AFI will process the withdrawal and refund the payment to the Client within fourteen (14) days.
